Course Description |

This two day course teaches students how to perform an
organizational self-assessment using the Baldrige Criteria for Performance
Excellence. Students will obtain a solid working knowledge of the
Baldrige system and learn tools and techniques for assessing
organizational performance and identifying strengths and opportunities for
improvement. Emphasis is placed on the cost-effective, pragmatic use of
the criteria to maximize return on investment. |

The course can be tailored to use different
performance standards (e.g., ISO 9000, ISO 12207, SEI CMM, etc.), or to
meet specific company goals. |
|
|
The course can also be combined with our coaching
and facilitation services, or integrated into a comprehensive performance
improvement program. |
