Course Description |

This one day course introduces the basic
concepts of motion and time study, and illustrates the importance of these
concepts in planning, controlling and improving manufacturing processes.

Emphasis is placed on providing students
with a good understanding of time standards, the skills required for
establishing standard rates using stopwatch and sampling techniques, and
the motivation needed for seeking on-going productivity improvements. |

The standard course can be tailored to your
