Course Description |

This two day course will teach students
how to identify and characterize work processes, evaluate their
performance, and improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Students
will learn tools and techniques for requirements analysis, process
mapping, workflow analysis, performance measurement and assessment, root
cause analysis, and the development, evaluation and implementation of
process improvements. The course emphasizes a proven, pragmatic approach
to process improvement that is easy to learn and applicable to all
business environments. |
