This two day course teaches participants a product development
process with a proven track record for reducing cycle time,
enhancing resource utilization, improving product quality and achieving forecasted business results. Participants will learn how to create
high value product definitions that balance the voice of the customer and
the voice of business, organize product teams, effectively develop and
execute project plans, and manage product pipelines to
achieve the rapid delivery high quality products and maximize ROI. Tools and
techniques for facilitating and customizing all aspects of the product
development process
will be discussed and demonstrated throughout the course. |
