Course Description |

This two day 'hands on' course teaches students how to
effectively use proven quality tools to facilitate the work of problem
solving and process improvement teams. Students will learn a
cross-section of tools that deal with all aspects of a team's work, from the
development of a charter to the delivery of a validated solution.
Examples and exercises throughout the course will show participants how to
use their newly acquired knowledge and skills to manage and focus teams,
overcome obstacles, accelerate progress and quickly obtain superior
results. |

The standard course can be
customized to meet your organization’s needs, and/or integrated into a
comprehensive process improvement program. An accelerated one day
course is also available. |
