Course Description |

|
This one day
course will teach participants how to develop realistic strategic plans
that advance their organization’s mission and vision, and balance the
needs of their organization’s stakeholders. Participants will learn tools
and techniques for facilitating each step in the strategic planning
process, and methods for effectively deploying strategic objectives. A
key aspect of the course is a data-driven approach to the definition of
strategic objectives that encourages innovation and maximizes the
effective use of the organization’s resources. The approach, tools and
techniques presented in the course are applicable to both for-profit and
nonprofit entities. |
